Paper Presentation

Rules and guidelines:

Any mechanical topic can be chosen.
Maximum of four authors per paper.
Each team can present their paper for 7 min followed by a 3 min query session.
Paper must be sent only in IEEE format.
The abstract and paper must be sent to maquinasmech@gmail.com or can be uploaded in registration form, along with the name, institution and other details of both the participants.
Last date for submission of papers is August 30, 2019 .
Selected students must bring two hard copies and one soft copy for the symposium.
The soft copy must be sent in either .pdf , .docx or .doc format.
Presentation should be in .ppt format, not exceeding 15 slides.
Judges' decision will be final.
Online registration is mandatory.
